4. Our role in client campaigns

The client may be independently responsible for how it uses the information, including quoting, calling, texting, emailing, customer service, and fulfilling transportation services.
If your request concerns information submitted to a specific auto transport company, you may also need to contact that company directly. Our agreement with the relevant client governs our processing on its behalf.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, remember preferences, understand traffic and user behavior, measure campaign performance, and support advertising or retargeting. These technologies may collect device identifiers, browsing activity, approximate location, and interactions with our website or advertisements.
We may use services offered by platforms such as Google and Meta, along with other analytics and advertising providers. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser and, where available, through platform advertising settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality.
6. Legal bases for processing
Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis, we process information as needed to take steps at your request or perform a contract, based on your consent, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests such as responding to inquiries, providing and improving services, securing our systems, and marketing our business. We balance those interests against your rights where required.
7. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- clients for whom we operate an agreed lead-generation campaign;
- service providers supporting website hosting, calendars, CRM systems, email, phone, text messaging, analytics, advertising, automation, cloud storage, security, and technical support;
- professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, insurers, and auditors;
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our services; and
- a buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics activities may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may request to opt out by contacting us using the details below.
8. CRM, scheduling, and communication providers
Our forms, scheduling calendar, appointment reminders, CRM, automations, and communications may be provided through third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel or a connected white-label provider. Those providers process information to deliver their services to us and may set their own cookies or receive technical and booking data.
We may contact you by email, phone, or text when you request information, book an appointment, consent to follow-up, or have an active business relationship with us. Appointment and service-related messages may continue as needed to complete your request. You can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link and opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including to provide services, maintain business and consent records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, our relationship with you, and applicable requirements. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
10. International processing
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.
11. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use care when sending information online and notify us if you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure.
12. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or marketing communications.
